Participate in the Two Oceans 8km Fun Run & support the SPCA!

You don't need to run 56km or 21km in the Two Oceans Marathon to support the SPCA (well, you can if you want!) but Full Circle Wellness has devised a way for you to support the SPCA by participating in the Two Oceans 8km Fun Run on 29 March 2013. March Boot Camp Classes - now include a Friday 6am class!

Our class schedule now includes Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings (6am – 7am) and Tuesday & Thursday evenings (6pm – 7pm) at Herzlia Constantia School, off Kendal Road.
