- Mix in a bowl together 2x tins of tuna, 1x tin of sugar-free tomato & onion mix, 1x tin of basil pesto, chopped red onions & salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
- Chop up some baby marrows into thin-ish rounds
- place a layer of marrows at the bottom of the dish
- add a layer of tomato tuna mix
- add another layer of marrows
- half baby tomato's and place on top of bake
- top with either grated mozzarella or nutritional yeast
Bake in oven for about 50mins at 220c - go have a shower, work out, do something else while dinner cooks and TA-DA! Enjoy x
