"End Of The Day" Rehydration Cocktail

My Full Circle Wellness "End Of The Day" Rehydration Cocktail! When it's so chilly, it's often hard to remember to drink enough water through-out the day - and no, tea & coffee don't count!!! I usually find that by 5pm, I have not met my own water intake target of 2 litres per day - so I make myself one of these (instead of reaching for a glass of wine!).

Make sure you use only a small shot of 100% apple juice (the Checkers Simple Truth Range is excellent) for a small bit of sweetness to taste, otherwise enjoy!! Refreshing and rehydrating!
