Raw Chocolate Smoothie

YUM! Breakfast this morning was delicious, sweet and guilt-free! Raw Chocolate Smoothie with banana, avo, almond milk and cacao powder! The recipe calls for raw honey for sweetness, but I don’t find I need it, and I added some flaxseed and chia seeds for an extra nutri-fix! Enjoy!

ps – the green juice is my Anti-Inflammation Cucumber, Celery, Ginger and Lemon juice – just chuck into a juicer and enjoy! (I add an apple to it, to take the edge off the lemon!)

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted, chopped
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 cup raw almond milk
  • Serves:
  • Serves 1

Method:

  1. Toss all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until smooth.
