Our Be a Better Runner Workshop for November kicks off Saturday, 9 November at 09h30.
Aimed to runners (road or trail) of all levels of fitness, this 4-week workshop aims to teach runners strengthening exercises to help their supporting muscles. Most runners know how to run (not much too it really, other than one foot in front of the other, a good pair of shoes and a little bit of crazy), but being a faster, happy and injury-free runner means you need to strengthen and stretch your supporting muscles (knees, glutes, hamstrings and hips) – and this workshop will equip you with the tools to go forth and eat up those kilometers!
The workshop format comprises of four sessions, taking place over four consecutive Saturdays. The sessions do not stand-alone, and runners need to commit to attending all sessions in the 4-week workshop.
