Easter Brunch, featuring the egg.

Our Full Circle Wellness intern, Julienne has put together some fabulous Easter brunch ideas to celebrate this long weekend – featuring the egg! Read all about ’em! Have a blessed holiday time with your family!

Eggs always serve as a healthy and hearty breakfast. Eggs are a high-quality protein, so they will help you feel fuller for a longer amount of time and will give you the energy you need to make it through the day. This protein-filled option is also perfect post-workout, to help rebuild the muscles you just worked. On top of being good for weight loss and muscle strength, they are beneficial during pregnancy, and for the brain and eyes. Interested in more egg nutrition facts? Find out more here.

Below are some new ideas about how to incorporate them into your Easter Sunday Brunch.
