Price list currently as follows:

• Personal training session here in our home studio – R160 per 60mins
• Personal training session in the comfort of their own home/outdoors – R180 per 60mins
• Boot Camp classes – R200 for 4 x group sessions (click here for more information on the boot camp classes)
• Fitness & Lifestyle Assessment – R300 for a 90min lifestyle assessment, fitness test and 3-month goal & training programme
