Full Circle Wellness to raise funds for the SPCA in the Argus & Two Oceans!

As most of you know, I am passionate about two things in life – fitness and animal welfare! The Cape of Good Hope SPCA has presented me with the opportunity to do both! Warren and I will be completing the Cape Town Cycle Tour (Argus) and two weeks later, I will be running the Two Oceans Half Marathon for “Team SPCA” in an effort to raise funds and awareness for this valuable cause.

I pledge to do all the hard work – the training in the early mornings, the running up Southern Cross Drive, Chappies!, the blisters on my toes etc.

In return, I’d like to offer you the opportunity to also support this worthy cause. You can read more about the Cape of Good Hope SPCA and what they do for animal welfare here!

Warren and I have to raise a minimum of R6,000 for the SPCA by the end of March 2016. I would greatly appreciate if you could please consider making a small contribution between now and the end of March to help me reach my goal – 100% of your contributions go to the SPCA. and 100% of the sore feet will go to me! Even just R20 will go a long way to making a big difference in a rescued animals life. It would mean so much to me, and to the SPCA, if you could please consider supporting this initiative.

To make a donation, via EFT or credit card, please visit the donation website here! https://www.givengain.com/activist/95669/projects/12050/

I will also have a collection tin at our house, at the studio and at boot camp, so you are welcome to pop a Rhino (or Buffalo!) in there next time you come to visit!

If you can’t contribute this month, please consider keeping the SPCA in mind and making a donation when you are able.

Thanking you for your support and consideration of a cause that is very important to me!
