Gluten and Dairy Food Label Guide

Alot of people are diagnosed with Gluten and Dairy Free diets, but few are taught how to correctly read a food labels in relation to see what they should avoid. This can lead to frustration, as well as the avoidance (or consumption!) of the wrong foods for you and your allergy.

Having experienced this very problem myself, as well as advocating a gluten and dairy free/limited diet, I’ve put together this helpful PDF diagram (download it here or click on the images below) to help decode the super-market’s labels!
