Pilates, Boot Camp & Body Conditioning classes are live-streamed at a scheduled time that allows for community & accountability, permits modifications & postural corrections – as well as making sure you don’t slack off just because we aren’t in the same room! (and it’s terribly convenient to work-out in your lounge!)
