Full Circle Wellness, the holistic approach to Kinesiology, Nutrition & Fitness

It’s #100DayChallenge Time!!

by Claire, 2 years ago

I am encouraging all of my clients to commit to 100 Days of 100 push ups and 100 squats!
That’s right!! For the next 100 days, you need to do 100 squats and 100 push ups each and every day!

You don’t need to do them all in one go, you can break them up into 10 squats while you brush your teeth, 15 push ups during a tv advert break – but as long as you do 100 of each day and no skipping (or you will need to make them up like I did.. 200 push ups yesterday! Eish!!)

Click here for a log-sheet for you to print out and keep track – write down the day you started and just keep going! As soon as you finish, let us know!! I am doing it too, and aim to finish mid August – just think how great our bums and arms will look in the middle of winter!!

GOOD NEWS: I will be incorporating these into our sessions together (only takes 10mins), so the days you attend a session with me, you won’t need to do them alone! Other days, you are on your own!!

Whose WITH ME?! Looking forward to seeing those arms and butts! NO CHEATING GUYS!

Let’s do it!
