Happy new year everyone!! I hope you are feeling rested after a little break and ready for what 2021 has hold!
After much careful consideration, I’ve made the decision to not return to physical classes for January due to the extremely high and climbing covid19 infection rate. I know some of us were looking forward to seeing each other in person – at this time, I just don’t feel it responsible to be offering group exercises, especially with no mask. It is my hope that we will return to the hall as soon as it is safe to do so – I will re-assess at the end of every month and keep you posted.
Online classes will REMAIN as per the old schedule until further notice (see below)
My apologies again, I was looking forward to getting back into the swing of something normal but it appears it’s responsible to just wait a little longer! Please know I’m grateful for your continued support and understanding this far xx I’ll be in touch, thank you! Claire

– Wednesday Bootcamp 6am, Pilates 9am, Body Conditioning 15:45pm
– Friday Bootcamp 6am, Body Conditioning 9am
