Full Circle Wellness is proud to announce that we are now offering Pilates classes!

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Using the body’s own resistance,  a series of movements are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.  Pilates is for everyone, from young to old, sedentary to athletic.  It is for people who are strong or weak, flexible or inflexible.  It is for pregnant women, and those seeking rehabilitation from injuries, and often recommended by doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors.

Mondays (08h00) and Wednesdays (08h30) at our studio at the Meadowridge Shopping Centre.
R100 per class (minimum rate of R400 per month, 4x classes)
Classes start from Monday, 7th July 2014.
