Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) help our cellular membranes stay soft & supple, so that they can adequately assimilate nutrients from our dietary intake! When the cellular membranes are brittle & hard, the nutrients from your healthy diet won't make a difference if your body can't use them properly!!!!

I personally have found that taking 1x table spoon of flaxseed oil (whole-food & plant based) instead of a supplement, has really improved my body's overall functioning!
