Yes, you can eat COOKIES.
I am going to present to you the simplest & healthiest cookie recipe you will ever find…and I mean ever.

They are so healthy, they could even be your breakfast. Maybe have it on the side of a smoothie. They are great for a little snack, too, and are easy for on the go. Or eat them for a small dessert when you’re having a cookie craving.

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas (my bananas were really small in size)
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • +  any add-in you would like: dried cranberries, dark chocolate chunks, raisins, cinnamon, nut butter, honey, etc

 

 

 

 

Directions:

  • Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the oats and add-ins.
  • Heat the oven to 180˚C
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
