FITNESS

  1. Your “Free Class” is limited to one x 60min Group Class of either Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Pilates, either In-Person or Online, at the times specified on the current Group Schedule

  2. Your “Free Class” is a once-off offer and cannot be repeated

  3. Please note that “Free Class” options do not apply to Kinesiology or Nutrition Sessions, only Group Fitness Classes

  4. Your participation in a “Free Class” is at the discretion of the trainer and class type may depend on fitness level, injuries and limitations.

Claire is currently completing her International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP) Diploma of Professional Kinesiology Practice, therefore is governed by ICPKP Code of Ethics and Regulations
